Chairman - Deacon Adeyinka Obalade
Deacon Adeyinka Obalade, a Deacon of New Estate Baptist Church, is the Executive Director, Finance and Accounts at Industrial and General Insurance Company Plc. He bagged B.Sc. (First Class Honors) in Mathematics (Education) in University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University). He had his MBA (Finance) at the University of Lagos (UNILAG) between 1988 and 1990, attended Lagos Business School, Lagos in 2000.
Mr. Obalade also attended International Banking Summer School, Edinburgh, Scotland, in 2002.
Dn. Obalade had been the Managing Director/CEO, Global Bank Plc. Lagos, and the Managing Director/CEO, Societe Bancaire Nigeria Limited (Merchant Bankers) Lagos. Before going into the banking industry, he trained with Arthur Andersen & Co (a firm of Chartered Accountants) and worked as a Teacher at Command Secondary school Jos, Plateau State.
Executive Director - Mrs. Hannah Royeke Obalade
Mrs. Hannah Royeke Obalade had been an Educationist since 1979. She has B.Ed./M.Ed. in Educational Administration from UNILAG and also has diploma in early childhood course (2 1/2 – 6) years from college of Modern Montessori in South Africa.
Director - Prof. Grace O. Otinwa
Prof. Grace O. Otinwa is the Head of Department of Human Kinetics & Health Education, Faculty of Education, University of Lagos, Akoka, Lagos. She earned her Ph.D in Exercise Physiology and has being lecturing for more than 20 years.
She is a Consultant on issues that relate to exercise prescription and fitness. She has worked in this capacity for Federal Ministry of Health/ World Health Organization and United States Agency for International Development (USAID). She facilitates health talk in workshops and seminars in institutions of learning and faith based organizations.
She is a researcher and has presented her research findings and reports at national and international conferences, which have earned her some awards. As an author she has written books, several chapter contributions in books, local and international journal articles. She holds membership of some professional organizations. She is the Africa Regional Secretary of the International Council for Health Physical Education, Recreation, Sports and Dance (ICHPER.SD)
She is involved in community services both within and outside the university. She serves as board member of some schools and Bowen University.
Director - Mrs. Oluwayemisi Disu
Oluwayemisi Disu is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Accountants of Nigeria, a member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers and a graduate of Business Administration. She has spent 21 out of her 28 years experience in the Financial Industry in the Banking sector, where she rose through the ranks to become Regional Director with Intercontinental Bank Plc (now Access Bank PLC)
She has garnered experience in Schools Management via her service in Atlantic Hall Educational Council, Poka, as Treasurer of the PTA (Parent Teachers Association) (where she supervised the production of the Audited Account of the School from inception to when she took over) and New Estate Baptist School, Surulere as a Board Member.
Director - Layi Babatunde (SAN)
Layi Babatunde (SAN); is the Principal Counsel of Layi Babatunde & Co; a firm he set up in 1984, immediately after his NYSC. He is also the CEO of Lawbreed Group of Companies, Chairman of the Editorial Board and Editor-in-Chief; Judgments of the Supreme Court of Nigeria (S.C. Report); published on the Authority of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. He is a graduate of the University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University). He has practiced Law as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court for close to three (3) decades, he is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (FCTI). Appointed Notary Public by the Chief Justice of Nigeria in 1991 and conferred with the rank of Senior Advocate of Nigeria in 2004.
He has held and still holds various positions within the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) and various Organizations, some of which are: Former Secretary General, West Africa Law Students’ Society (WALSU); NEC member of the NBA; Chairman, Continuing Legal Education Committee, NBA, Ikeja Branch; Chairman, NBA Local Organizing Committee for the NBA Annual Conference, 2009; (which Conference was generally acclaimed to be the most successful in the annals of NBA Annual Conferences); Inaugural Council member of the Business Law Section of the NBA; Member NBA Disciplinary Committee and Member Gani Fawehinmi Human Rights Award Committee; Secretary, Board of Trustees, New Estate Baptist Church, Surulere.
A recipient of several Awards, which includes Award by the Nigerian Bar Association for contributing to the success of the AGM in Enugu (2003) and Abuja (2004); Merit Award by Final Year Law Students University of Ilorin, (2004) for Invaluable contribution to legal education, (2004); Award of merit as ADVOCATE OF REPUTE – O.A.U. Ife Law Students (2005); Father of the Year (NEBC) Layi Babatunde (SAN), an author and often sought after speaker is married to Adejoke Layi-Babatunde, also a Legal Practitioner and blessed with children
Director - Samson Adedokun (Rev)
Samson Adedokun (Rev), is the Pastor New Dawn Baptist Church, Victoria Island Lagos. He is a Graduate of University of Jos with BACHELOR OF ARTS ENGLISH (LANGUAGE) and The Nigerian Baptist Theological Seminary Ogbomoso with MASTER OF DIVINITY.
Rev. Samson Adedokun was the Senior Ministerial Officer/Personal Assistant to the General Secretary, Nigerian Baptist Convention, Interim Senior Pastor, Salem Baptist Church, Ibadan, Minister for Youth and Teenagers, Glory Baptist Church, Acting National Coordinator, Stewardship Department of the Nigerian Baptist Convention, Assistant Pastor, Iwo Road Baptist Church Ibadan and Long Vacation Pastor, First Baptist Church, Jos. He also has experience as Research Facilitator with the IMB West Africa. Before becoming a full time Pastor, he worked as Chief Librarian/ English Teacher at Baptist High School, Jos.
A recipient of various awards at different levels (Best Promoter of Men’s, Youth and Boys’ Work; The Nigerian Baptist Theological Seminary, Ogbomoso, Merit Award, Outstanding Award Among Male Staff, Nigerian Baptist Convention. A renowned speaker and author of various books among which are The Wisdom of the Wise and Beautiful but Barren.
Rev. Samson Adedokun is married to Bose Adedokun, the both are the Founder and Coordinators of the Virgin Alive Ministry, a ministry to the youth. Their union is blessed with wonderful children.
Head Teacher - Mrs. Oluchi Azuh
Mrs. Oluchi Azuh is the Head Teacher of Grande Oakbridge Montessori. She has B.sc in Biochemistry from Lagos State University. She has also undergone several educational courses.
She is a seasoned educationist with 15 years teaching experience in Nigeria and British set up. She was head of science department at Augusta college as well as science co-coordinator key stage 2 at Imperial Gate School.
